Cale Ownby has been coordinating teams and organizing projects for over a decade. He is an active Scrum Master in several Agile communities and is passionate about helping teams work together better. He has worked in multiple fields bringing teams together including Tech, Arts, Marketing, Video Production, Animation, AV, Equipment, Education, and Non-Profit.

After a year long career realignment, Cale has become active in helping others find careers to be happy in, and find happiness in their career.
